1. About Loop Cult

Loop Cult are in the business of selling downloadable products in the form of digital audio recordings, music production software and other related materials, for use by, but not limited to, musicians, music producers, composers, film editors and web designers.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or completing a checkout process, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Security

You do not have to be registered with Loop Cult to view the website, but to purchase and download our products you must provide certain information. Once these are provided they will be kept on file by Loop Cult at Moonbase AS servers. This information will be used by Loop Cult as outlined in the ‘Privacy Policy.’

3.2 Account Creation

Account creation requires providing certain personal information.

3.3 Social Media Integration

Users may connect their social media accounts for a streamlined experience (if this option is available). We are not responsible for any actions taken through connected social media accounts.

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Sale of Digital Products

We offer sound packs, synth presets, DAW project files and other digital products.

4.2 License Agreement

All products from Loop Cult are sold as ‘royalty free,’ which means that they are licensed, not sold to you, by Loop Cult. Loop Cult is either the owner or entitled licensee of the products on sale. By making payment for a product you are granted the right to incorporate them in a music production, film, tv program, website or other media production, without paying any additional royalties, license fees, or any other fees to Loop Cult or any third parties.

4.3 Usage and Copyright

Copying, re-selling, leasing, duplicating or distribution in any form of the products for sale, other than outlined in the ‘License Agreement’, is strictly prohibited. This extends, but is not limited, to file sharing websites, web forums, computer networks and file hosting websites. Products cannot be distributed in their original format or sold in a manner that would be considered competitive with the nature of Loop Cult’s business, outlined in ‘About Loop Cult’. Everything else on the website is licensed to Loop Cult, including artwork, source code, materials, audio demos, graphics, text and logos and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Training artificial intelligence systems using Loop Cult’s content is prohibited.

4.4 Payment Process

Payments must be made using the accepted payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are processed on behalf of Loop Cult by Moonbase AS. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

After completing payment, you will receive an automatic email containing an invitation link to create an account. After clicking the “Create Account” button, you will be prompted to set a password. All purchased products are automatically added to your account upon completion of the purchase. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

4.5 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of Loop Cult’s products (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to return a product. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after purchase.

Promotional offers are valid for a limited time only. All promotional, discounted, and pre-order sales are final. Offers are not retroactive and apply only to the specified products. Loop Cult reserves the right to modify or discontinue any offer at any time.

Whilst Loop Cult will take reasonable and sufficient steps to ensure that the website is free from any viruses, trojans, malware, spyware, harmful software, data theft or any unauthorised malicious activity, Loop Cult make no guarantees on this subject and will not be held liable for any loss resulting from this.
