Loop Cult are in the business of selling downloadable products in the form of digital audio recordings, music production software and other related materials, for use by, but not limited to, musicians, music producers, composers, film editors and web designers.

You do not have to be registered with Loop Cult to view the website, but to purchase and download our products you must provide certain information. Once these are provided they will be kept on file by Loop Cult at Lemon Squeezy, LLC servers. This information will be used by Loop Cult as outlined in the ‘Privacy Policy.’

3.2 Account Creation

Users have the option to create an account or complete purchases as a guest. Account creation requires providing certain personal information.

Users may connect their social media accounts for a streamlined experience. We are not responsible for any actions taken through connected social media accounts.

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Sale of Digital Products

We offer sound packs, synth presets and DAW project files.

4.2 License Agreement

All products from Loop Cult are sold as ‘royalty free,’ which means that they are licensed, not sold to you, by Loop Cult. Loop Cult is either the owner or entitled licensee of the products on sale. By making payment for a product you are granted the right to incorporate them in a music production, film, tv program, website or other media production, without paying any additional royalties, license fees, or any other fees to Loop Cult or any third parties.

4.3 Usage and Copyright

Copying, re-selling, leasing, duplicating or distribution in any form of the products for sale, other than outlined in the ‘License Agreement’, is strictly prohibited. This extends, but is not limited, to file sharing websites, web forums, computer networks and file hosting websites. Products cannot be distributed in their original format or sold in a manner that would be considered competitive with the nature of Loop Cult’s business, outlined in ‘About Loop Cult’. Everything else on the website is licensed to Loop Cult, including artwork, source code, materials, audio demos, graphics, text and logos and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Training artificial intelligence systems using Loop Cult’s content is prohibited.

4.4 Payment Process

Payments must be made through accepted methods. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments are taken on behalf of Loop Cult by Lemon Squeeze, LLC. All prices are exclusive of EU taxes, and are subject to change from time to time. 4.5 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Once you have opted in to buy the product you are in effect purchasing a license to use the content in your music without paying royalties to the owner, which therefore cannot be refunded.

Whilst Loop Cult will take reasonable and sufficient steps to ensure that the website is free from any viruses, trojans, malware, spyware, harmful software, data theft or any unauthorised malicious activity, Loop Cult make no guarantees on this subject and will not be held liable for any loss resulting from this.
